关于 ICTEPE 2026
大会将围绕内燃机高效燃烧与排放控制、新能源内燃机技术、动力系统集成与优化、储能与转换技术、智能动力装备与控制、低碳能源与动力工程等一系列前沿与核心议题展开深入探讨，共同探讨和展示内燃机技术与能源动力工程领域的最新研究成果、创新应用与发展趋势。

严文生 教授
杭州电子科技大学
2008年，严教授从南京大学物理系微电子专业获得工学博士学位，此后分别在新加坡、澳大利亚、德国从事科学研究长达12年，具有丰富的国际化团队领导及管理经验。2021年全职加盟杭州电子科技大学电子信息学院任教，并创建校级碳中和新能源研究院。入选国家特聘专家、浙江省特聘专家、浙江省领军型创新创业团队负责人。担任浙江省长三角光伏与新能源技术国际科技合作基地学术委员会主任。研究专长包括光伏电池、光伏与储能一体化、智能光伏电力电网系统、人工智能制造及算法等。以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Energy、Nature Communications、NPG Asia Materials等国际顶级期刊发表研究论文多篇。

会议论文投稿将经过2-3位组委会专家严格审核，最终所录用的文章将通过Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS)出版，出版后将提交至EI Compendex, Scopus检索。
